Gabriel Short

Being active has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up,  whether I was traveling the world for gymnastics, kicking butts in Tae Kwon Do, or joining every possible varsity team, I was always moving. With time — and a few injuries — I traded sports for fitness.

I fell in love with working out, eventually becoming a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Fitness quickly turned into my passion, and it evolved into a space to help others grow.

I'm tiny but mighty; don’t let my small stature fool you! I will push you, I will yell at you, and I will help you achieve your goals — all while having a good time and listening to some killer music!
