Ferly Prado

Ferly Prado was born in São Paulo, Brazil, where she began dancing at her mother’s academy. She moved to the United States at age 12 to study at the Kirov Academy of Ballet in Washington, D.C., becoming one of the first Brazilians to study there. She later studied at the Southern Ballet Theatre in Orlando, FL, under the direction of Fernando Bujones. In 2001, Debbie Allen invited her to join her academy in Los Angeles, the Debbie Allen Dance Academy. There she had the privilege of being trained by Master Teachers in several dance disciplines.

 

As a professional dancer, Ferly has had the privilege to work with world renowned artists and companies. 

She has toured the world with artists like Beyoncé, Tina Turner, and Cher. She has performed at the American Music Awards, the Billboard Awards, the Latin Billboard Awards, the VMAs, and ACMAs.

 

She has appeared in several music videos for artists like Beyoncé, J-Lo, Britney Spears’ Justin Timberlake’s Chayanne, Trisha Paytas, and Meital Dohan.

 

Ferly’s choreography graced many sets and stages including Mariah Carey’s Las Vegas residency, Katy Perry’s Rock in Rio performance, Chayanne’s Torero performance on his No Hay Imposibles Tour, Goldeneye Flamenco performance on TINA:LIVE!, Sarah Raba’s video Turn Me Up, I Love the 90s Las Vegas Residency, Marilyn!
